All skin types and all hair types.

Do not use on irritated, wounded, chapped, sunburned, or swollen skin. Talk to your doctor if you are taking retinoids or are undergoing any treatment that may affect the skin, suffer from any skin related conditions. 

HOW TO EXFOLIATE YOUR BODY:

*Exfoliating glove can be used in the shower or dry before your shower. 

If using in the shower put glove on hand wet glove and apply any body soap or shower gel, and with light circular motion exfoliate your body. (*Recommended for all areas of the body except the face.)

If using dry apply a body oil to the glove and with light circular motion exfoliate your body. Once done shower with your favorite body soap. (*Recommended for all areas of the body except the face.)

**To insure no bacteria grows on the glove rinse well and hang dry. Wash in the laundry once a week. Recommended to replace glove every 1-2 months.**
