Do You Have a Return or Exchange Policy?

Absolutely! We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges on unopened or unused products. Sorry, but for health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened or used items. If it’s untouched and untampered, we’re good to go.

Conditions Unacceptable for a Refund

If your package is opened and the security wrap isn’t intact, we can’t accept it back. Health and hygiene are serious business, folks!

May I Return My Order?

Sure thing! If your products haven’t been opened or tampered with, you can return them. Just make sure to start the return process within 10 days of delivery. Include your name and order number in the return box and use a tracked postal service. There’s a 15% restocking fee for all returns. Opened items? No go.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order Once I’ve Paid?

Once you’ve paid, we can’t cancel or refund orders due to personal plan changes. Once it’s in, it’s in!

Why Are Inez Laval Items Non-Returnable or Exchangeable if Opened?

Our face and body products are hygienic items. For everyone’s safety, we do not allow returns on opened products.

How Do I Make a Return or an Exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number via our Contact Us page. We’ll send you instructions and a return address. Remember, only unopened items with the security tag intact are eligible. Use a tracked postal service because we’re not responsible for lost packages. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.


Items can only be exchanged for those of equal or greater value, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Once we receive your exchange item, we’ll send an invoice for the restocking fee and any cost difference. Pay the invoice within 3 days, or the exchange is void.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping for Returns or Exchanges?

Yes, you’re responsible for all shipping costs. Use a tracked service because we’re not responsible for lost packages.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees, will go back to your original payment method.

You have 10 days from delivery to return or exchange unopened products. Refunds will be minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees.

May I Return or Exchange Items Without Contacting You First?

Nope, you must contact us first. Unapproved returns will be sent back to you, and we’re not responsible for lost packages.

What If My Items Are Defective?

If your products are defective, send us photos and a detailed description via our Contact Us page. If the security tag is intact, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Note: replacement items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
