Processing Time for In-Stock Items

Expect up to 3 business days for order processing. We don’t do same-day processing. If you order on Monday, it might ship out by Wednesday or Thursday. You'll get an email with tracking info once it’s shipped.

Processing Time for Back-Ordered/Out-of-Stock Items

Back-ordered or out-of-stock items take up to 10 business days to process. Again, no same-day processing. Orders placed on Monday might ship by the following Wednesday or Thursday. You'll get tracking info once it’s on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3-5 business days after processing. Ships via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping costs cover more than postage. They also include order processing, packaging, labeling, stock coordination, and personnel.

Extra Shipping Charges

If you paid for upgraded shipping and the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you won’t be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

Delivered But Not Delivered

If tracking says your package was delivered but you didn’t get it, contact the courier. We can’t be responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Fulfillment of Promotional Items

Promotional items are fulfilled 10 business days after the end of the redemption period.
