Do You Have a Return or Exchange Policy?

We hope you adore your Inez Laval products, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to offer a return/exchange policy for unopened or unused items purchased from www.inezlaval.com within 10 days of delivery. Opened or used items? No refunds or exchanges for health and hygiene reasons.

All gift cards and select merchandise are final sale. We don’t cover return shipping fees, and the original postage fee isn’t refunded. Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from our website with valid proof of purchase.

Note: Individual components of kits can’t be returned separately.

Conditions Unacceptable for a Refund

Opened packages without the security wrap intact and the security tag attached can’t be refunded or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.

May I Return My Order?

Absolutely! As long as your items haven’t been opened or tampered with. Start your return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Include your name and order number inside the return box. Use a tracked postal service—no proof of postage means no claim if it’s lost. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Opened items? Sorry, no can do.

Why Are Inez Laval Items Non-Returnable or Exchangeable if Opened?

Our face and body products are hygienic items. For health, hygiene, and safety, we don’t accept opened items.

How Do I Make a Return or an Exchange?

Start by contacting us within 10 days of delivery with your order number via our Contact Us page. We’ll give you detailed instructions and a return address. Only unopened items with the security tag intact qualify. Use tracked shipping—we’re not responsible for lost packages. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Is There a Restocking Fee for Exchanges or Returns?

Returns: Accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges: Items can only be exchanged for those of equal or greater value and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive your exchange item, we’ll invoice you for the restocking fee and any cost difference. Pay within 3 days, or the exchange is void.

Do I Have to Pay for the Shipping of My Return or Exchange?

Yes, you’re responsible for all shipping costs. Use tracked shipping—Inez Laval isn’t responsible for lost packages. For international returns, label the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” to avoid it being sent back.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund, minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees, will go back to your original payment method.

May I Return or Exchange Inez Laval Items Without Contacting You First?

Nope, you must contact us first. Unapproved returns will be sent back to you, and we’re not responsible for lost packages.

What If My Products Are Defective?

If your products are defective, send us photos and a detailed description via our Contact Us page. If the security tag is intact, we may offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Note: replacement items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

When Will I Receive My Refund/Exchange?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Exchanges are sent after we’ve inspected and confirmed the returned item is unopened and untampered.
