Here are some answers to your questions about how to return and/or exchange your Inez Laval items.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you love your Inez Laval products, however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are pleased to offer a return/exchange policy on unopened or unused items purchased from www.inezlaval.com within ten (10) days of your delivery. If the product is returned to us opened and used, for reasons of health and hygiene we will not offer a refund/exchange.
Please note, all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on inezlaval.com are final sales.
*Inez Laval does not cover the return shipping fee.
We can only accept returns that have been bought directly from www.inezlaval.com with valid proof of purchase (order number)
*The original postage fee for the order is not included in the refund due to this service already being provided.
Please note: Individual components may not be returned separately for all kit purchases.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A REFUND?
- Opened packages without the security wrap intact and the security tag attached for reasons of health and hygiene we will not offer a refund/exchange on opened or used items.
MAY I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on products that have NOT been opened or tampered with.
A return or exchange must be initiated within ten(10) days from your order's delivery date.
To send items back to us please include your name and the order number inside the box with your returned items. Please note for reasons of health and hygiene we will not offer a refund/exchange on opened or used items.
Please use any tracked postal service for returns. Returns without a proof of postage will not be eligible for a claim if they have not been received. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and to find out what product is required (in case of exchange). There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns.
WHY ARE INEZ LAVAL ITEMS NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE IF OPENED?
Face and body products are considered hygienic products. We take matters of health, hygiene, and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for our customers' safety.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate a return or an exchange, a request for a return or an exchange that includes your order number (example: IWT1001) must be made via our Contact Us page within 10 days from the date your order is delivered. Please note for reasons of health and hygiene we will not offer a refund/exchange on opened or used items.
We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened and used products/merchandise will not be refunded.
Please use any tracked postal service for returns. We strongly recommend that you ship your item with tracking information because Inez Laval is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and to find out what product is required (in case of exchange). There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns.
Important note: A return or an exchange will only be honored if the product has not been opened or unused from its original packaging and the security tag is attached.
IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
RETURNS: Accepted returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
EXCHANGES: The item or items for exchange can only be exchanged for an item or items of equal or greater value. And, the exchanged item will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once the item for exchange is received by Inez Laval, we will send an invoice for the 15% re-stocking fee and the cost difference of the item you are exchanging, if applicable. This restocking fee must be paid within 3 days to go forward with the exchange. If the invoice is not paid within 3 days, the item will be returned to you, and all remedies (exchange or replacement) will be terminated and VOID.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We recommend that you send your return/exchange package with tracking information because Inez Laval will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
For international customers, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package may be returned to you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you are returning an item or items for a refund, the full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee and the shipping fee (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned products still have our Inez Laval "remove the tag & own the product" tag attached and intact indicating that the products have not been opened and used.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD?
The return and exchange period for unopened products is ten (10) days from the date that your order is delivered. We will provide a full refund minus a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping fees (if applicable) on unopened or used products.
MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE INEZ LAVAL WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU FIRST?
No. Your return package will be sent back to you. Also, Inez Laval will not be responsible for lost or stolen "return packages".
WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE IN SOME WAY?
If your Inez Laval products are defective in some way please send a photo or photos (both close-up and full-shot with packaging) with a detailed description via our Contact Us page. We will gladly help to resolve the issue. If the security tag attached has been removed from the defective item(s), then we may offer one of the following remedies: An exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value. Please note: The replacement item or items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND/ EXCHANGE?
A refund for your returned product will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition to the address provided on our Returns Form.
We will send you your exchange after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned item still has our Inez Laval "remove the tag & own the product" tag attached and intact indicating that the product has not been opened, or tampered with.
